My name is Sher. I’m a board-certified wellness coach and certified critical care registered nurse.
I started the Sher Body of Health platform to serve as a vehicle to help busy women just like you achieve health, renewed energy, and balance in their lives.
My passion is to educate, empower and support women over 30, who are navigating the changes taking place in their bodies. I help them design practical wellness regimes that are sustainable and fit in with their busy schedules. My recommendations are based on case studies, medical literature, and my own experience operating in the wellness industry.
What drives me to help others
I recently lost my mother, a few days after we celebrated her 60th birthday.
She succumbed to chronic health conditions she had been struggling with for 30+ years. The last two years of her life were especially heartbreaking, as her advanced diabetes and hypertension led to her being on dialysis three times a week. I watched helplessly as my independent and full-of-life mother withered away.
Seeing my mom suffer as she did, I became more determined than ever to educate women about the importance of taking their health and wellness seriously. Eating well and exercising is about more than looking good in the present, it is about your health later in your life.
